Booking note

• All chemical services and hair treatment without haircut, please add shampoo and blow-dry which you will find in the cut + finishing categories.

• We run a waiting list for appointments at busy times so if you can not find an appointment online, please give us a call and we will happily to add your name to the waiting list.

• Length guide, SHORT hair. - chin length -

  MEDIUM hair - shoulder length -

  LONG hair - bellow shoulder -

  -for Colour services-

• We will send you consultation form for all hair colour services, please provide form before your appointment day.

• We are not doing any hair colour who has extension on your hair.

  -for Perm services-

• We highly recommend booking perm and haircut with the SAME stylist as the haircut determines the perm style.

Deposit Policy

• We charge refundable deposit 30% for your booking. Please be aware of our 24 hours cancellation policy.

• We charge refundable 80% deposit after you have 2 times as NO SHOW.

• We will keep your deposit if you change or cancel the services on the appointment day, or if you chose the wrong services .

Cancelation Policy

• We have 24 hours cancelation policy, you have a right to amend/cancel your appointment before 24 hours from your booking time, however we will keep your deposit after that, also counted as NO SHOW.

• Please be aware we may cancel your appointment if you are late for 15mins from your appointment time.

No Show Policy

• We will count as NO SHOW, once you amend or cancel your booking within 24 hours before the appointment, and if you do not show up on the day of the appointment.
